About Me

I’m Gordon Baylor, and I hold a PhD in engineering with extensive experience in both the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. My expertise includes lean manufacturing, six sigma, root cause problem-solving, data management, and strategic planning. I have also coached leadership groups on lean management and team empowerment. Prior to this my career started in academia in teaching and research focussed on numerical modelling, sustainable energy and structural testing. Having worked in various sectors of both academia and the corporate world, I understand the challenges you face.
